Responsibilities
Candidates can look forward to regular client contact, a role in business development and proposal writing/methodology creation, and
- Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, motivation, and accountability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive effective sales strategies and product/service enhancements.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for the executive team.
Skills/Experience
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with couple of years of experience in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of target industry/niche, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Result-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
