- Please submit your application form and send it with all the required documents.
- Choose an offer from the list, select the license type, and make the payment to start your business setup. Don’t forget to check the Activity List for your license type.

Documents needed to establish an FZE company by individuals
An FZE is a company with one shareholder, also known as a sole proprietorship. After you register your interest online to set up your company, you’ll need these documents when you submit your application to establish an FZE company in JAFZA.

- Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Application Form
- One-page Project Summary or Business Plan
- Know Your Customer (KYC) Form
- Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) Form (required by UAE law)
- Appointment Letter for Director/Manager/Secretary
- Passport Copy (valid for at least six months)
- Age Requirement: Directors/Managers/Secretaries must be 21+
- No Objection Letter for existing UAE visa holders
- Business Profile of Shareholder
In an FZE company formation, the director and shareholder can be the same person. You can appoint a manager who can be a different individual or entity.
Documents needed to establish an FZE company by non-individuals
The following legal documents are necessary if a non-individual entity wishes to register an FZE in Jafza.
- Certificate of Incorporation: The original document that confirms the company’s incorporation.
- Certificate of Good Standing: The original document that confirms the company’s compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Establishment of the FZE in Jafza.
- Allocation details of the Share Capital.
- Appointment of Director/Manager/Secretary.

- Execution of Power of Attorney (POA).
If the non-individual parent company is from outside the UAE, all documents must be approved at the UAE embassy. If there’s no UAE embassy in the parent company’s country, the documents can be accepted if they are notarized and attested by any GCC/Arabic embassy/consulate there. After that, they must also be attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
